The bird is from Lawn Fawn (Year Four), and the line is from Mama Elephant Confetti. The sentiment is a mystery, not sure where I got it. It was stacked with brackets on either side. I did a little stampectomy, cutting the stamp and piecing it so I could make it a straight line. I tried stamping HA black ink on the blue paper but it wasn't crisp enough so I chose to emboss it. And I wanted the word ME to be white (on purpose).
I am putting this in Lesley's challenge (Always Playing With Paper). I love this simple sketch. I may try to use this sketch again with a one layer card.

This is such a cute card, love the little bird image and what a great take on the sketch. I've never tried baby oil, glad it worked for you. I use odorless mineral solvent or zest it pencil blend with my prismacolor pencils, they work well too. Cathy x
ReplyDeleteHi Traci! Such a clever design! I love the sweet birds and the way you coloured them, not to mention the fun colours. Thank you so much for playing with my sketch!
